Comunilife Inc. is looking to fill a Deputy Director for IT Operations  position for its Information Technology team. He/She will have technical responsibility for design, implementation, maintenance and upgrading of local and wide area networks, installing and incorporating new/existing network components & systems; outgoing maintenance, monitoring & upgrading of existing network components; and evaluating, recommending, negotiating the purchase of new products. Maintain info systems and support LANs. Support network communications, resolving workstation hardware/software problems and providing in-house tech support & training. This position is eligible for Comunilife's generous benefits and paid time off package.   Essential Duties
  • Design and implement Network infrastructure outsourcing product for security, data and voice over IP solutions.
  • Perform telephone and on-site technical analysis/support, troubleshooting and problem- solving.
  • Assisting the VP of IT in implementing cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access or breaches. Monitoring for potential vulnerabilities, updating security protocols, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the VP of IT in researching, planning and implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions as deemed necessary my executive management.
  • Install, configure, maintain and administer technology and network infrastructure including server and connectivity maintenance, backups, security administration and supervising phone and other connectivity issues.
  • Prepare deliverable analysis, plans and recommendations regarding internal and external infrastructure assessments.
  • Research, learn, develop and implement technologies, methodologies and protocols in wide area and remote access networking, ASP, data warehousing, phony privacy and security, and messaging solutions.
  • Participate in business planning.
