Your new responsibilities
- Oversight of manufacturing equipment to ensure proper working order, developing and coaching employees to ensure proficient training practices and job competency, and driving production output and quality goals
- Experience with implementing Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing principles and best practices, along with a having continuous improvement mindset
- Coaching and developing employees will also be a primary role and responsibility, as well as taking primary ownership over employee training programs
- This position requires strong leadership, ability to coach others, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve a vision!
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree is strongly desired
- Minimum of 5(+) years of experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with manufacturing training programs is highly preferred
- Extensive analytical skills with the ability to track, monitor, and manage KPIs
- Proficient understanding of LEAN and Six Sigma manufacturing principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
