Dental Front Desk Supervisor

We are searching for a front desk supervisor that can help us spread our mission and foster our TEAM driven culture. The right candidate for this position is passionate about service, understands the needs of patients, loves to achieve goals, highly organized and motivated by team success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the finances of the dental practice
• Implementing procedures and policies for smooth operations and staffing
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Hiring, training and supervising staff
• Managing insurance claims
• Treatment planning
• Foster our TEAM culture
• Spread our MISSION to our patients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership, communication and motivation skills as well as ability to supervise others
• Success record in training and developing team leaders
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
• Expert knowledge in scheduling, and recalling patients
• Excellent knowledge in customer service
• Excellent computer skills for email correspondence, financial transactions and scheduling of appointments
• Excellent experience in reporting and analyzing data
• Efficient multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Maturity, tact, integrity and respect for patient confidentiality

EDUCATION

• Dental front office experience
• Dental practice management is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Language:

• Spanish is a plus!
