We are a thriving, patient-focused practice featuring 7 modern operatories, 1 dedicated Dentist, 3 skilled Hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants, and 3 welcoming Front Staff members. What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a comfortable, seamless, and high-quality experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Chairside Assistance: Provide excellent clinical support and chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.

• Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for in our spa-like atmosphere.

• Clinical Standards: Take and process high-quality dental X-rays, and meticulously sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment rooms.

• Practice Operations: Actively manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, and support overall office flow.

• Patient Comfort: Serve as a friendly face and a strong communicator, supporting patient comfort throughout their entire visit.

Schedule

This is a stable, full-time schedule with no Friday or weekend hours:

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.

• Certifications: Must be X-ray Certified.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a naturally caring and friendly demeanor.

• Growth Mindset: Open and eager to learn Orthodontics (prior ortho experience is a plus, but not required-we will train the right person!).
