Job Description

Demand Planning Leader - Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA

As the Demand Planning Leader, you'll set the strategic vision for regional demand planning, aligning it with broader business and supply chain goals. In this key leadership role, you'll drive the adoption of digital planning tools, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and empower smarter decision-making.

Your role:

  • Act as the main liaison for executive interactions during monthly Demand and S&OP planning cycles. Support AOP and Strategic Planning (SPOR) through clear forecast communication and coordination.

  • Lead the end-to-end Market Demand Planning process, producing 18–24-month demand forecasts through Activity, Demand, and Consensus Reviews. Drive process maturity and ensure accuracy through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Manage and grow a team of demand planning professionals. Build sustainable, risk-resilient processes and establish talent development frameworks.

  • Own long-term revenue, inventory, and demand forecasts, blending statistical models with stakeholder input. Define and monitor KPIs like OTIF, market inventory, and cost to serve.

  • Represent the North American voice in global planning transformation initiatives. Drive change management, implement lean methodologies, and improve S&OP/SIOP performance metrics across markets.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in demand management, project planning, scheduling, and/or supply chain management. You’ve led high-performing teams and managed cross-functional planning initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, engaging directly with executive leadership.

  • Your skills include financial and supply chain acumen, advanced planning tools, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). You’re also skilled in executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and critical path analysis. Experience with demand planning software, automation, and innovation in customer-centric strategies.

  • You have a BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business; an MBA is preferred or equivalent experience in a similar leadership capacity.

  • You’re an adaptive, strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset. You thrive in collaborative environments, are self-starting, and can translate complex concepts for various stakeholders. You bring creativity, flexibility, and a proven ability to influence at all organizational levels. PCE-related travel or flexibility may be required as needed.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
