Delivery Professional Lead/Backup Driver

Our Romulus, MI location is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.  

We currently have the following Delivery Professional, Lead (Back Up Driver) available:

• Monday to Friday, 5am until completion (flexibility required as this position may cover other drivers' routes who are on PTO)

• $25.84/ hour

What You’ll Do  

Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!   

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Always Learning- We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation. 

What You’ll Need 

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License

• 6 months+ of experience driving a box van or larger vehicle

• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT

• Prior leadership experience preferred

• Ability to maintain a safe driving history

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

• Problem resolution skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

• Knowledge of area

• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours

• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
