Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in exercising multiple Data Programs viz. Data Warehouse, Data Modelling, Data Governance
• Support adoption of Scrum / Agile methodologies for outlining and delivering key objectives and influence stakeholders from a project, product and cultural perspective.
• Foster engagement and collaboration between teams to bring technology together ensuring it runs in an Agile manor with the end product and customer experience at the forefront.
• Train & hands-on demonstrate Agile concepts & use of artefacts such as user stories, impact maps, story maps, big visible charts, planning, estimation, governance sessions, etc.
• Skilled to lay out correct implementation strategy of various data programs as per business needs
• Identify business needs, help a business understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
• Work with Product Manager, Product owners and Team to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals; Own’s the product roadmap.
• Work with Business consumers and IT teams to enable data services for integrating upstream and downstream applications.
• Identify business requirements and create professional reports and presentations required for stakeholders

Requirements

• Practical experience of 10+ years of working in data management projects.
• Possess a combination of solid business knowledge and technical expertise with strong communication skills.

• Proven experience to work under high pressure environment and supporting/managing multiple teams.
• Skilled to lay out correct implementation strategy of various data programs as per business needs.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking towards value drive outcomes
• Understanding of Budget and financial acumen
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment providing structure in ambiguous situation.
• Ambition to learn and grow as per the project demand
• B.E/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed organization.

• Understanding of Insurance Domain and Power BI
