Lazer Crypto is a specialized team within Lazer, comprising more than 30 full stack, web3 native engineers dedicated to building modern dApps and web3 solutions. This team helps founders and growing teams accelerate their product launches across various blockchain ecosystems. Our notable web3 clients including OpenSea, Base, Privy, Polymarket, Uniswap, Alchemy, Monad and others.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of a proven track record shipping complex work end-to-end; you organize teams, manage timelines, and own delivery from kickoff to launch—startup, agency, or consulting background strongly preferred.

• Web3-native with genuine engagement in the space; familiar with DeFi, L1/L2s, stablecoins, ecosystem development; understand technical complexity and why shipping correctly takes time.

• Experience working in small-to-medium companies wearing multiple hats; you're comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and flex between different types of work.

• B2B or client services background; you navigate important relationships, manage expectations through roadblocks, and stay composed when things get urgent.

• Organized operator with an unblocking mentality; surface obstacles early, facilitate progress, and take ownership of getting work across the finish line.

• Technical fluency to speak engineer language; you've coordinated engineering teams through real launches and know how to translate between technical constraints and business priorities.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery end-to-end; scope projects with clients and engineers, define realistic roadmaps, break into clear phases, identify dependencies, and keep everything on track through shifts.

• Unblock teams and maintain rhythm; surface obstacles early, facilitate planning, connect resources, and coach teams through ambiguity so progress stays visible.

• Translate between technical and business contexts; explain engineering constraints to stakeholders and client priorities to engineers—keep both sides aligned and moving.

• Build and maintain strong client partnerships; communicate progress clearly, explain tradeoffs in business terms, and flag risks before they become surprises.

• Work directly with engineering teams on scoping and execution; collaborate on what's feasible, iterate based on constraints, maintain documentation, and move deliberately.

• Act as trusted advisor on client strategy; understand their protocol, token economics, competitive position—help them think through strategy and level up how they ship.

• Strong network within crypto; have real relationships with founders, investors, protocol teams, or fellow builders you can tap to surface problems or unlock opportunities.

• Active in the crypto ecosystem; stay current on trends and participate on Farcaster, crypto Twitter, or similar—shows genuine engagement beyond just work.

• Track record identifying and expanding client opportunities; credibility that lets you spot pain points early and unlock new work based on relationships and experience.
