This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a set of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program
  • Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to set standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables
  • This role ensures that the execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
  • Facilitates sync points across multiple organizations to enable on-time, accurate delivery
  • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to deliver, risks/issues, and schedule

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of End-2-End Project and Program Management experience
  • Agile tools (Jira), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Analytical Thinking
  • Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results
  • Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project financial management skills
  • Guides projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated
  • Understands all roles and responsibilities within their team, and uses the tool sets within the software lifecycle
  • Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used within their business area
  • Has knowledge of software development and general awareness of testing
  • Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices
  • Basic awareness of architecture and design
  • Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures
  • Ability to provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to sr. leaders and executives
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
