Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery Lead to join our Product team. This role will be critical in orchestrating the delivery process across three agile teams: Devices & Firmware, Platform, and Application/UI. 
The Delivery Lead will work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and QA to maintain detailed and accurate tracking in Jira, support sprint planning, ensure cross-team alignment, and drive accountability on deliverables. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions
• Ensure transparency and consistency in task creation, writing acceptance criteria, tracking, estimation, and progress reporting
• Coordinate with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of features and fixes
• Identify delivery risks or blockers early and proactively escalate or resolve them
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence, including team charters, process flows, and technical artifacts
• Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery velocity, predictability, and team performance metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices across the teams
• Ideally, bring a working knowledge of IoT systems, including devices, firmware, and cloud integrations
• Lead end-to-end release coordination across multiple engineering teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases
• Facilitate regular bug scrubs and triage sessions to prioritize issues and improvements in collaboration with product and QA
• Maintain a clear release calendar, track deployment schedules, and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Facilitate release note generation and completion in coordination with product and engineering stakeholders
• Provide post-release retrospectives to capture lessons learned and inform future release processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in IoT software development 
• 3+ years of experience delivering web-based solutions to drive growth
• 3+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence 
• Experience owning and maintaining the product development lifecycle and delivering software product iterations on time
• Experience in release management, and scrum methodologies, with a preference for those experienced in IoT device ecosystems
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, as this role will also involve maintaining Confluence pages and producing clear artifacts that support agile practices
