Job Summary

Our team develops a deep understanding of business needs, energetically finds an appropriate solution, and leads that solution through delivery. We work on complex, fast-moving, and strategically important projects that meet the demands of our markets and customers for innovative approaches to healthcare problems.

A successful candidate for this role will be familiar with the healthcare space and have a demonstrated ability to advocate for business needs on complicated end-to-end implementations. Our projects are always changing and involve every healthcare payer function -- from enrollment, to claims and customer service, all the way to billing. Candidates will need to be inquisitive and enthusiastic problem-solvers and be adaptable and organized in response to rapid change.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, project management, and technology partners to drive projects from business case analysis through implementation. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Required Job Qualifications:

-Bachelors’ Degree and two (2) years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation efforts, project management or relevant health care industry experience.

Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.

Project management skills

Experience managing projects, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; ability to accept direction and feedback, experience that involves communicating with stakeholders and problem solving.

Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers.

Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.

Analytical and information synthesis skills.

Experience interpreting business and financial information.

Verbal and written communication and organization skills.

PC proficiency to include MS Office products.

Experience managing multiple priorities.

Experience with changing assignments and priorities.

Preferred Required Job Qualifications:

Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.

Visio experience or knowledge.

Degree in engineering, mathematics, business, IT systems, public health/ health policy, or other areas of study with a high degree of focus on critical thinking/ problem solving activities.

Consulting or client/product implementation experience in a large organization.

Financial, estimating and budget management experience related to projects, implementations, and/or operations.

Conflict management and resolution skills.

Knowledge of or experience with the SDLC and/or Agile Methodology.

Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.

Base Pay Range

$58,800.00 - $130,100.00
