Role Overview:
As the Defense Forecasting Leader, you will play a critical role in leading shop visit and piece part forecasting for the CT7 engine program. This position is on−site/hybrid/remote and will focus on connecting forecasting processes to ensure accurate signals are sent to the supply chain, enabling timely delivery of parts to customers. You will also drive process improvement and develop new methodologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CT7 shop visit and piece part forecasting, collaborating with Spares, Product Line, CSMs, FSRs, and other stakeholders to capture assumptions and up-to-date input data for forecast accuracy.
- Support TrueChoice Defense proposal development for CT7 through analysis of projected maintenance profiles, cost models, and part quantities.
- Partner with TrueChoice Defense Services Standards Leader, Risk Finance, CPMs, and PSE to improve maintenance cost and workscope models for proposal development.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to enable repair forecasting process capability across all Defense product lines, leveraging current CES and industry best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with Defense Services, Spares, and MRO teams to develop Standard Work applicable to Defense business models.
- Embrace FLIGHT DECK principles, digital tools, and AI to drive continuous improvement across shop visit and parts forecasting processes, developing standards for process integration and tollgate review processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of experience in Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, Operations, or Digital Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Digital Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated application of FLIGHT DECK principles and tools.
- Familiarity with industry forecasting and optimization methodologies.
- Understanding of Spares, Services, MRO, and Supply Chain processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Information:
The base pay range for this position is $109,800 to 168,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close
