Work Performed

Prepare patient s, equipment anmination;provide such additional care as required to meet the personal nd supplies for specific procedures andprovide manual assi stance as requig,assisting withambulation, enemas, skin care, and bowel and bladder eliingRN/LPN of information collected.Administer treatment a nd personal care procedures to patients including,but not limited to, fe eding, bathing,shaving, changing clothing,cleaning and trimming fingerna ils, bed-makinbyreinforcing teaching instructed byRN and/or physician as needed.Assisteeds andcomfort of assigned patients.Participate in teachi ng activitiesvital signs, record I&O, apply ice bags, administerdouches and enemas.Note and report any changes in patient's condition.Turn and p osition patieoral/nasogastric feeding and urinarycatherizations/irrigati on.Perform otriatetraining.Assist with admission, discharge, and transpo rtation ofpatns.Clean assigned area;stock and replenish supplies and eq uipment asreqdskills validation and attending educational offerings. Education
