Technical Analyst / Sr. Level

Position Summary

This Technical Analyst will serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  

Requirements

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Hands on experience with system integration (API design/build, data conversion) using various integration tools (e.g., Cloverleaf, Waterpark….)
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange concepts and applying HCA integration standards.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues in large corporate environment.
• Ability to work with non-technical end users to resolve issues through in person, phone, email or web conference
