Communication Manager *Hybrid*

The Communication Manager engages in internal/external communication projects to provide organization-wide strategy, planning and delivery of communication initiatives in support of the Providence strategic priorities. The Communication Manager delivers consistent, clear messaging to all Providence audiences while collaborating to ensure alignment across geographic regions, multiple facilities, and diverse business units.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field of study
•    5 or more years of demonstrated management experience in broad-based and successful communication programs
•    Demonstrated experience managing communication programs and business relationships
•    Demonstrated experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams
•    Demonstrated writing and editing experience
•    Demonstrated health care experience

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Master's Degree
•    Communication experience in health care
•    Experience in a faith-based health system/organization
•    Project management experience
•    Experience presenting to leaders

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
