We are seeking an experienced RCM  professional to serve as EverHealth’s RCM Vendor Operations Manager, focusing primarily on managing the relationships, productivity, and performance of third-party billing vendors supporting our Revenue Cycle Management operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company, its vendor partners, and internal stakeholders, driving accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all outsourced billing functions. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare billing experience and familiarity working with offshore teams, with a commitment to driving operational excellence through process improvements and team development. This position ensures that vendor partners consistently deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient RCM services to our healthcare provider clients. Responsibilities:

Offshore Team Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for billing vendors, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
  • Function as the operational liaison for a large number of offshore resources across multiple BPO vendors
  • Accountable monitoring daily production output, quality metrics, and productivity across offshore teams
  • Coordinate with offshore team leads on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate communication between onshore operations and offshore teams
  • Conduct regular vendor business reviews and identify improvement opportunities

Process Improvement & Training

  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for offshore operations
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy, reduce errors, and improve collections
  • Translate vendor performance data into actionable insights to improve outcomes
  • Coordinate training programs on new features, system updates, and best practices
  • Ensure offshore teams stay current with RCM industry standards and regulatory changes
  • Support knowledge transfer and change management initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor operations, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely billing services

Vendor Coordination & Support

  • Provide input into vendor selection, contracting, and long-term sourcing strategy
  • Maintain operational relationships with existing BPO vendor management
  • Escalate issues and coordinate resolution with vendor leadership
  • Support Operations Manager with vendor performance data and insights
  • Collaborate with IT team on system access, permissions, and technical support
  • Assist with vendor onboarding of new processes or team members
  • Act as escalation point for vendor-related issues impacting client billing outcomes

Experience and skills we’re seeking:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of healthcare RCM experience (billing, coding, collections, or related)
  • Experience working with or coordinating offshore teams and vendors (direct employee management not required)
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, metrics, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with EHR/PM systems, claims clearinghouses, and payer rules/regulations (DrChrono experience a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills for managi
