Business Director (Health)

Reporting To: EVP, Global Head of Production

Senior business leader on our Health related portfolio of clients, including but not limited to projects, and new business opportunities. 

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding and experience in Health category marketing, creating connected consumer experiences, with the ability and passion to proactively identify opportunities and leverage capabilities to realize business growth and best in class production deliverables. Serves as PXP leadership liaison between clients, GCL’s, account leads within Groupe agencies, and PXP teams, ensuring that all have the necessary information to deliver production needs efficiently and at the highest level of creative excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Drives relationship and growth with portfolio of brands supported by the account team, production and studios
• Consult and collaborate with PXP Delivery/Implementation leads and creative/account team on Heatlh clients on approach, solutions, projects and expected results of assignments
• Consults with global Publicis leadership on learnings and opportunities within the Groupe
• Field and drive RFPs for Health related projects on existing and new clients
• Develop relationships with current Health clients and agency teams and proactively engage in value-added discussions about current priorities and future opportunities
• Help identify and provide high level input about potential vendors, MarTech and suppliers who have expertise in Health category marketing to partner in executional engagement
• Ensure the PXP teams plan, create and execute with a data-driven and performance mindset for efficiency and effectiveness
• Define or recommend best practice production standards in Health space that will achieve added measurable production value
• Maintain knowledge and stay current regarding production/health category marketing industry trends, techniques, new technologies and talent
• Ensure that teams are balancing creative goals and executional efficiency throughout project
• Grow Health category expertise within PXP by upskilling producers in the industry through hands on coaching and knowledge sharing
• Responsible for client P&L

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading production on Health related clients, typically with 15+ years of experience
• Experience working as a strategic & data-driven production leader within a multi-disciplinary team that may span multiple entities/agencies
• Strong Health category business acumen
• Passion for product excellence, innovation, and creating a seamless consumer journey with products, content and storytelling that works
• Fluency across production and content platforms
• Fluency in complex production contracting and production vendor partnership
• Fluency in Content workflow
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate and embrace change and approach change management with dexterity and positive leadership

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $167,000- $299,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
