In this position, you will immediately join a team providing various services to existing and new residential & commercial customers. The main services are window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and hanging holiday lights.
No experience? No problem! We will teach you everything – and provide paid training! We hire based on attitude and personality, NOT based on experience.

- Show up in the morning at our Shine office for a quick team huddle and learn your day's game plan
- Help load your Shine vehicle with the proper equipment for that day's work
- Travel with a teammate / Crew Leader to customers’ homes or to local businesses and clean windows, pressure wash, clean gutters, and install holiday lights.
- Work as a team with your Crew Leader throughout the day to complete services and meet expectations of our customers
- Return to our Shine office and unload van at day's end.
