In this role, you will be a key partner to our go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making. As we continue to grow, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, building models, and delivering insights to drive informed business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk and marketing spend returns. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other members of the finance organization to align go-to-market strategies with broader financial considerations.</p> <h2><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's financials</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across a variety of areas, such as revenue goals, sales capacity planning and key strategic initiatives</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making to stakeholders and executives</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&amp;A, and accounting counterparts, helping to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies and considerations</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Minimum qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience across strategic finance, go-to-market finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words p
