LMI is seeking a Technical Operations Integrator/Deputy Technical PM and US Army Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a highly complex program supporting the United States Army develop next generation command and control capabilities.

This position requires an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
The Technical Operations Integrator/Deputy Technical PM supports the program and the Army across all operations both internal to the program and for the client. This role is responsible for critical administrative, business, and operations processes as well as task/workstream governance, change management, strategic communications, stakeholder support, and helping lead the strategic planning and execution of the program.
- Directly support the Technical Program Manager in execution of the program tasks & deliverables ensuring all program requirements are met.
- Oversee and manage scheduling, event coordination, team travel, travel expenditure, and all internal business systems for the program.
- Foster positive working relationships with the internal team and client staff/leadership
- Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources as required across the program.
- Prepare monthly reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy.
- Prepare briefings, schedule meetings (internal/external), keep records across the program, prepare after-action reports, and drive most program virtual engagements across military, government civilian, and contractor teams.
- Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities.
- Oversee the management of the program Sharepoint to include all records of program activities, hiring, and expenditure.
- Engage directly with the government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Engage directly with the government Business Operations Lead.
- Work in partnership with partner contract company on the program to coordinate across efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (Masters Preferred)
- Secret security clearance
- Minimum of 10-years professional experience
- US Army experience at the brigade level or higher
- Former field-grade US Army officer with experience interfacing with strategic level leaders (GO/SES)
- Experience using US Army command & control systems at the tactical and operational level
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience briefing C-suite/SES/GO level stakeholders
- Strong experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
- MBA
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
- Lean or Agile certification/training (i.e., Scrum Master, Six Sigma, ect)
- Knowledge of the Army software development process and its technologies.
- Experience working with Agile teams
- Previous GovTech experience
