Job Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking to hire an Associate Vice President of Facility Operations & Workplace Experience to join our Corporate Real Estate team. Based in the Fort Mill, South Carolina office, this role will be responsible for the direct management of our facilities operations service provider, ensuring efficiencies in our operating model and oversight of the impact to the business for all facilities operations activities. This role will also adapt the building services model to our 5 other corporate offices across the US, and any new corporate offices as our real estate footprint continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for Facilities Operations in the Fort Mill office and day-to-day oversight of all repair and maintenance activities, aligning work to be performed with the business to minimize operational impact.
- Manage third party contracts for all building services vendors including operational costs, development and advancement of key performance indicators, statements of work, and service level agreements as tools for process improvement, efficiency, and vendor performance.
- Lead in the continued development and implementation of consistent internal facilities operations processes across all corporate offices.
- Evaluate existing and new facilities management software tools for consistent reporting and work activity management.
- Build and maintain Building Services KPI’s, data and reporting to inform decision making for facilities operations, capital project investments, and ESG reporting.
- Manage the Building Services Capital Improvement Project 5 year plan in partnership with our third party vendor and stakeholders. Monitor status, project schedules, timeline, budget.
- Participate in the development of the building services PMO structure as a tool for managing the capex project plan with our third party vendor and CRE department project managers.
- Partner with each corporate office’s property management to facilitate effective and timely communication to employees for routine repair and maintenance services, landlord/property management notifications, food service and other operational impacts. Align communications to LPL communications playbook, channels, and templates.
- Represent Building Services operational policies and standards for Advisor offices as required.
- Lead building services roles and responsibilities for corporate office closures, mergers and acquisitions, or consolidations. Responsible for developing requirements, aligning requirements to Corporate Building Services policies and best practices, and supervising requirements through to completion.
- Participate in development for building services playbooks, including communications templates, meeting and events program management, and other initiatives that will provide scalable service models and efficient management
- Participate in capital construction projects as the representative for Building Services. Identify and implement appropriate service models for facilities operations and food services for new or changing corporate office locations.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Operations, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in facility operations, building services, or workplace experience
