Focus is on safety, feasibility, mission success, operability, and ensuring that the FOD and Astronaut Office viewpoints are represented.
  • Integrate overall FOD positions and responses on technical issues, assessments of proposed program changes, and actions going forth to programmatic control boards and FOD panels, including ensuring proper review at FOD flight techniques and operations forums, if topics warrant.
  • Represent FOD positions to programmatic control boards and panels and ensure FOD review and integration of program change requests through the FOD review process.
