The Role
In collaboration with key communications stakeholders, the Senior Lead, Corporate Communications will build and drive an executive communications program for one of Kyndryl’s senior leaders. In this role, an experienced communications professional will aim to raise the visibility of this senior leader across multiple internal and external stakeholder audiences and will develop, edit and provide guidance on content and engagement materials ranging from internal town hall scripts and employee communications, to external social media posts and speaking engagement remarks.
This individual with work across the company, building a strong internal network to shape narratives that tie to the global corporate story while also keeping in mind local teams’ objectives and business achievements. The Senior Lead will also be a key contributor to the Corporate Communications team and will support internal engagement initiatives involving senior leadership to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment to Kyndryl’s business goals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare talking points, scripts, messaging, briefing materials and presentations primarily for internal audiences and events such as town halls, leadership meetings and conferences.
Build, own and execute an engagement plan that elevates a senior executive’s voice and supports an executive’s strategy and objectives through owned and earned internal and external channels.
Support Corporate Communications in the development and execution of annual plans. Support company-wide key initiatives.
Work with project leaders across Marketing, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Sales and regional Internal Communications teams to support the production and execution of events.
Maintain a strong network of cross-functional stakeholders to create a continuous information pipeline to ensure stories, messaging and data points are always kept up-to-date.
Be the convener of conversation to connect subject matter experts and teams together to shape narratives and key messages.
Leverage communications skills to ensure the quality of produced materials. Work across teams to secure sign-off of all materials by engaged leaders, track changes and maintain version control.
This role has the flexibility to work 1-2/days a week remotely and needed to work in New York, NY, office part of the week. This role requires work some evenings and weekends as needed.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $89,030 to $203,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5+ years of formal communications experience, including executive communications required.
Strong communications skills, including executive communications, feature writing, speech writing and presentation development.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritize key projects.
Provide guidance and support to executives during high-pressure situations and ensure timely and accurate communication to relevant stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to turn complex subject matter into messaging that is easily understood by employees and external stakeholders of all levels.
