Join our dynamic team at AstraZeneca as an Administrative Coordinator for the Global CVRM Early Commercial CVRM team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. You will be supporting the VP Early Commercial CVRM and their team, providing high quality, professional AC support to senior managers across the department. Accountabilities:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for extensive diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging virtual meetings and videoconferences, managing complex travel including visa arrangements, and organizing and preparing material for key meetings and communications. You will attend key team and project meetings, support preparation of meeting agendas and other relevant documentation, and take minutes and track actions. You will also work closely with the relevant managers on their budgets, running monthly reports and tracking T&E accordingly.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience required. Experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred
- Strong written and communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with executives/ employees
- Ability to work autonomously, and collaborate effectively with other members of the administrative support team
- Flexible to adapt to ever changing needs and deadlines
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to demonstrate tact, persuasion and/or negotiation and maintain confidentiality
- Previous Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare or AstraZeneca experience strongly preferred
- Strong time-management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced global environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Strong IT skills and previous use of MS Teams, Coupa, Concur, BOX/SPOL, Anaplan
- Efficient in supporting staff with software updates.
