What You’ll Experience
As a Claims Trainee, you won’t just learn—you’ll do.
- Gain exposure to property, auto, workers’ compensation, liability, and specialty claims
- Work alongside experienced professionals to investigate claims and uncover key facts
- Participate in field investigations and real-time claim scenarios
- Learn how to analyze coverage, evaluate liability, and support fair claim resolutions
- Build confidence navigating conversations with customers, agents, attorneys, and vendors
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Loss Engineering, and SIU
