Job Description

What we’re looking for

The Decision Analytics Sales Specialist needs to be a dynamic and strategic sales professional.  This individual will not only be an expert in all Decision Analytics solutions but will also lead Decision Analytics opportunities while partnering with a team of Account Executives.  This individual will be responsible for driving revenue from existing and new customer opportunities for the company while meeting and exceeding assigned sales objectives. 

In this role, you need to be able to work numerous opportunities in a fast-paced, high growth environment.  You also need to excel at collaborating with internal partners, building and executing a sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales. They must also be an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of increasing sales and exceeding goals and objectives. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading Decision Analytics opportunities through professional sales techniques and long-term customer engagement
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas 
  • Leading any assigned RFP efforts by collaborating with internal resources to deliver the best possible response
  • Providing timely updates on pipelines and forecasts 
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products 
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows 
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations. 
  • Conducting contract negotiations 
  • Providing expert advice about products and services to customers and external business partners.
  • Effectively assessing client needs to recommend high value solutions linked to business drivers, enhancing client loyalty.
  • Providing thought leadership by bringing new and innovative ideas and technologies to assist clients in attaining their business objectives.

#LI-Remote - This is a remote position, and the candidate can live anywhere in the United States.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in sales methodology with excellent closing and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and timelines.
  • Knowledge and experience in Analytics, Software, Fraud or like industries
  • Strong background in financial services
  • Excellent customer service and human relations skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Good knowledge of product industry and competitor services
  • Ability to travel when necessary

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above.  Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.  This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
