What You’ll Be Doing

The Partner Alliance Manager is responsible for the continued development and maintenance of strategic partnerships, collaboration across teams, tracking of training and certification achievement to meet major partnership goals and objectives, and the development and execution of programs designed to generate demand and build joint Cask and ServiceNow brand awareness.

This person will act as the primary point of contact from Cask for ServiceNow’s Alliances team as well as other specific channel partners. The Partner Alliance Manager will also be responsible for developing and driving the execution of revenue-driving programs and initiatives, and for evangelizing Cask’s value proposition within ServiceNow and our other partner’s ecosystems. This role requires a good balance of strategy, sales and operational capabilities, as well as acting as a liaison between Cask and partner various stakeholders.


  • Manage (establish, enhance and maintain) deep, collaborative relationships with various solutions and industry teams at ServiceNow and other partners
    • Maintain deep understanding of the ServiceNow organization, roles and individuals across the ACE and Sales organizations
    • Understand how ServiceNow values its channel partners and what its expectations are of its partners
    • Become an expert in ServiceNow’s Partner Program to ensure Cask is on track with our expectations
    • Drives Cask positioning up on the ServiceNow Partner Finder site
    • Conduct regular cadence between relevant ServiceNow ACE team members (such as our Partner Manager at ServiceNow) and Cask stakeholders
    • Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication and coordination of ServiceNow’s ecosystem strategy and execution of results
  • Responsible to track and monitor key Cask partner metrics including deal registrations, ACV, certifications, deployments, product line achievements, customer surveys, and partner driven revenue.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with Cask ServiceNow Practices and related teams, including GTM, sales, marketing and delivery teams
    • Support efforts to build pipeline of services related to various ServiceNow Workflow and Vertical areas aligned to Cask practices
    • Ensure cohesion between the ServiceNow Sales plays and go-to-market strategy designed by the Go-To-Market leaders
    • Execute on partner joint go-to-market strategy designed by the Go-To-Market leaders
    • Work with designated partners to deliver a pipeline of opportunities for Cask Sales teams
    • Manage and review pipeline and other relevant metrics tied to partner strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively promote the Cask brand within the various partner and channel teams; ensure awareness of our competitive differentiators and client success stories
  • Collaborates with Cask senior leadership to build/revise an annual ServiceNow partner plan that jointly describes how Cask and ServiceNow view the relationship strategically, financially and operationally
  • Communicate Cask needs and hold the appropriate leadership teams accountable across sales, marketing, and delivery practices to meet metric commitments
    • Build out weekly ServiceNow newsletter
    • Design presentations in partnership with sales for various ServiceNow presentations
    • Coordinate onsite ServiceNow events such as QBRs, Dinners, Happy Hours, etc.
    • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow events such as Prospecting Day, SNUGs, Summits, etc


What You’ll Bring To The Table:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a partner, alliance or channel operations role with a commitment for partner success
  • 2+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem is highly preferred
  • Highly developed social skills to maintain positive partner relationships at all levels of organizations
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
