Description -
We are looking for a head of HW production as part of our HW division.
The head of HW production is responsible for leading Series 3- Series 6 HP Indigo digital printing press manufacturing operations, including AOS plan & execution, quality management, LEAN implementation, budget control, safety, and all operational aspects of the production line. The role ensures the production line meets demand with high quality while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Lead Series 3-6 manufacturing, manage assembly and integration teams, develop production plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure the highest product quality, implement quality control measures, and maintain strict safety protocols.
- Change Leadership & Professionalism: Demonstrate a passion for driving change, striving for professionalism, and promoting continuous improvement. Work closely with senior management to align strategic goals and drive operational excellence.
- LEAN & Efficiency: Lead LEAN initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize production processes to reduce waste and costs.
- Budget Control: Develop and track production budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, and IT to ensure seamless production integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop teams, set performance goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing, preferably in printing or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of AOS plans, NPI processes, LEAN manufacturing, and budget control.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of factory floor, material, or warehouse management systems
- Strong technical background LEP Knowing advantage
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Process orientation
