Position: Part Time Maintenance/Grounds Technician.

Location: Village of Coldstream in Hamilton County of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Who You Are:

• A minimum of one year of experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance.
• Experience in HVAC or pool certification is not required but is valued. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in maintaining the property's upkeep, which includes tasks such as furniture removal, power washing, spot painting, light pool repairs, and keeping the grounds, sidewalks, and roadways free of debris, snow, and ice. 
• Fulfill work orders for light to moderate maintenance requests.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns about outdoor areas. 
• Report issues or damage to outdoor structures and landscaping features to management. 

Work Schedule:  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Schedule is flexible.
