Everything we do is about making the future of human work more purposeful. We do this by leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning, modern architectures, and industry experts, to create AI-powered solutions that transform the way we do business.

As a member of the AI Studio, you will seek to understand and solve business problems at their earliest stage, distinguishing Crowe in the market and driving the firm’s technology and innovation strategy.

About the Team

  • We foster good science. You are given the time and resources to build your expertise in your area and beyond.

  • We learn together. You have plenty of options on the job market. We want to be one of the best. We have regular AI ethics and book club meetings, monthly lightning talks where team members teach each other, and weekly “10P” independent time for ongoing learning.

  • We truly value work-life balance. Our distributed team offers unlimited PTO and a flexible work-from-home policy. We actively discourage weekend and off-hours work (unless that’s your jam).

About the Role

  • As the Sr. AI Tech Scout, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the exploration, evaluation, and benchmarking of cutting-edge AI technologies from startups’ latest offerings to new features from major players like Microsoft and OpenAI.

  • Oversee the testing, analysis, and comparison of new AI models, techniques, and tooling solutions, ensuring alignment with Crowe’s strategic objectives.

  • Develop and refine comprehensive frameworks for evaluating AI technologies that inform critical buy-build decisions, firm investments, and client advisory.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements, regulatory changes, and industry trends to guide the team’s focus and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk, and privacy, to ensure that recommended AI solutions meet compliance and ethical standards.

  • Champion the dissemination of technological insights and findings across the organization; collaborate with Enablement team to upskill colleagues on new AI tools.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing small technical teams, with a focus on innovation and strategic analysis.

  • Expertise in data science and machine learning technologies, with specific knowledge in areas like Generative AI and Large Language Models.

  • Experience using low- and no-code solutions to build and test machine learning models, such as VectorShift
