Become the Recruitment Operations Specialist at Bloomreach! Help us empower our 15-person global recruitment team to hire a great number of people across the Americas, EMEA and India this year. You have the potential to shape a team operating with a cutting-edge modern tech stack, driven by real-time business metrics. Your salary range starts at 2 300€ per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you'll become a core part of the Recruitment Team.

What challenge awaits you?

As the Bloomreach Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to boost our recruitment performance through world-class operations. You'll need to manage a complex agenda involving making the most of our tech stack and reporting; all across 4 geographies and 7 departments.

Bloomreach will keep hiring great numbers of people and you will enable recruiters to create the best candidate experience for the best people on the market. You will be responsible for making recruiters' lives easier and for making sure the Bloomreach recruitment team is the best run recruitment team out there.

Your job will be to:

1. Make the Bloomreach recruitment tech stack work as smoothly as possible while maintaining high hiring quantity, quality and standard cost.
2. Understand and deliver top-notch reporting on important recruitment metrics for all regions.

• Understand the recruitment team's tech stack and how it helps recruiters deliver an amazing candidate experience.
• Get deeply familiar with what's working and what can use improvement.
• Ensure user-oriented maintenance of the solution, while regularly gathering feedback for further improvements.

b. Understand and deliver top-notch reporting on important recruitment metrics for all regions.

• Understand the business requirements behind the reporting demand.
• Set the right expectations and deliver top-notch reporting on time.
• Implement improvements/updates and ensure regular reporting to the relevant stakeholders (Chief People Officer, Director of Recruitment, People Business Partners).

Tech Stack

On the Bloomreach Recruitment Team, we use several tools that will become part of your day-to-day operations. You will use most of these as an admin and/or creator:

• Google Docs Editors (Docs, Sheets/Excel, Slides)
• ChartHop
• Greenhouse
• BambooHR
• Zapier
• Slack Workflow

Your success story will be:

• In 30 days, you will thoroughly familiarize yourself with tools and processes in place.
• In 60 days, you will take over the current projects, both internal and external, making them your own.
• In 90 days, you will have fully ramped up and the relevant stakeholders will be happy with how our recruitment operations are going.

You have the following experience and qualities:

1. Professional — proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel analytics and understanding of basic technical concepts (API connections, debugging)
2. Personal — cross-functional collaboration, detail-orientation with a business mindset, self-management
