Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can take complex scientific information and turn it into a compelling strategic message that resonates with HCP audiences. They should be an expert in setting vision, unearthing transformational insights, and crystallizing a strategic roadmap to engage and influence HCP adoption of a particular wellness, pharmaceutical or medical device brand. They should be especially skilled in creative storytelling and making dense, complex topics easy to understand, relevant, and meaningful – the art of science. Lastly, they should have a history of establishing a deep understanding of their client’s business drivers; and bringing forth solid POVs to help clients prioritize and solve brand challenges. They should be skilled at designing , facilitating and synthesizing strategic planning workshops with clients, creating target audience personas and launch playbooks. They should also demonstrate proficiency in writing powerful creative briefs that lead to compelling creative work. They should have exceptional writing and presentation skills along with a proven ability to successfully work with and guide senior-level clients and internal agency teams.
They should be experienced in the following types of work: HCP Positioning Work, Big Strategic Idea Work and Brand Creative Briefs, Customer Research and Segmentation, Cultural Trend Analysis, Archetype Work, Customer Insight Work, Lexicon Work, Portfolio co-positioning, Competitive Analysis, Scenario Planning, Strategic Brand Planning.
A history of experience in rare disease, particularly thyroid eye disease, Graves disease or hemophilia is a plus, but not a requirement.
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $153,000 - $257,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off
