The Career Center has become the benchmark career tool for major European institutions, with over 800 using it (ESSEC, Polytechnique, EDHEC, Dauphine, Ponts...).</p><p><strong>Your main tasks will therefore be :</strong></p><p>As a member of our Support team, you will respond to requests from our partner universities concerning the use of the platform. Like a true Sherlock Holmes, you'll become a product expert, helping them to better understand our tool.</p><p><strong>On a day-to-day basis, you will :</strong></p><ul><li>Answer end-users' questions by e-mail or telephone.</li><li>Investigate problems encountered by our users.</li><li>Act as an intermediary between our technical teams and our users</li><li>Improve internal processes and be proactive in finding new ways to improve the team's work.</li><li>Work on the launch and continuous improvement of our tools</li><li>Manage certain structuring projects for our business. </li></ul><p><br/> This is a central position, where you'll be in contact with numerous teams (Tech, Product, Salesforce, etc).</p><p>It is an excellent opportunity to manage a wide range of relationships with different universities as part of a highly international team in a start-up atmosphere!</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you 🎯</strong></p><ul><li>You have an excellent sense of customer relations: responsiveness, willingness to surprise customers with the quality of your service. </li><li>Curious and a bit of a geek, you're not afraid to dig for the root cause of a bug and reproduce it.</li><li>You're rigorous and organized.</li><li>You're a good teacher, patient and a good listener.
