Maintenance Associate

We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a maintenance associate. This is a dynamic multiple property position for someone looking to gain experience in facilities operations.

The maintenance associate will be working in multiple facilities on routine facilities upkeep. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a requirement. Holidays and weekends are a must and some nights may be required.

The ideal candidate has some experience and knowledge working with basic equipment and repairs. He or she must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, standing, bending, etc.), must be reliable and trustworthy, and must pay attention to detail and take pride in his or her work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains clean, organized work areas and manages equipment and supplies
• Maintains outdoor and indoor areas of multiple facilities
• Assists landscaping team with general maintenance and upkeep of gardens
• Performs small repairs as assigned
• Manages transport of laundry between hotels and laundry facility
• Manages event setup and tear down
• Manages garbage transport and disposal 
• Responds to maintenance tickets as assigned by supervisor, completing work efficiently, independently, and thoroughly
• Reports equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Able to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may includes nights, weekends, long days, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
