The Role:
SoFi At Work is seeking a Director to lead our Channel Partnerships as we continue to grow our financial wellness employee benefits programs. In this role you will be primarily focused on enabling our Channel Partners to sell SoFi at Work’s products into their customer bases, working very closely with partner and SoFi Sales and Engineering teams.Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Channel Partners to drive sales and revenue. This position reports to the Business Lead for At Work.
What you'll do:

Collaborate with the Sales and Partnerships Success teams to align sales and channel efforts

Identify and onboard new partners, provide support and training, and manage the performance of existing partners.

Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions

Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue

Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings

Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

Work closely with partners and product marketing teams to strategically deliver product training, assets, and collateral

Be a liaison between partners and internal Business Development, Product Management, Engineering and Sales teams

Operate with little oversight, be an executor, and be able to drive excitement and growth across partners
What you'll need:

BA/BS degree
-
5 + year Channel Sales experience and/or Sales/Partner Enablement experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing people and/or project teams

Previous experience managing partner programs for a Retirement Administrator, Insurance Carrier, or Benefit Broker preferred

Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail. This role requires an analytics-driven individual capable of digging into our processes and data.

Strong knowledge of business processes (HR, Sales, Marketing) with experience driving metrics-oriented outcomes

Proven track record of working cross functionally to navigate complex challenges that lead to tangible results

Flexibility for travel (approximately 10%)

Systems Knowledge: high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce.com

Strong written and oral communication skills

Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
