Job Description
We’re looking for a HR Service Center Associate II to join our North America HR Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and highly service-oriented organization to create great experiences for our employees!
What you'll be doing
HR Service Center Responsibilities
- Ability to learn fast and understand employee policies, procedures, and programs as the grow and evolve
- Respond to employee e-mails accurately and in a professional and timely manner
- Assist employees with troubleshooting and resolution across various process/systems in HR
- Responsible for onboarding activities for US new hires
- Present and coordinate activities for new hire orientation and local office events
- Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data records in Oracle
- Monitor electronic data transfers and data quality assurance audits, with research and thorough understanding
- Handle local mail and participate in the migration of paper employee files to online files
- Escalate complex issues concisely and with sound judgment used in recommendation for resolution
- Performs and multi-tasks various duties and special project assignments
- Carries out all responsibilities in accordance with professionalism and Experian policies, procedures, and applicable laws
Qualifications
- Related Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certificate program preferred
- At least 2 years of office related experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Understands HR concepts
- Strong oral and written communication and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Word
- High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
- Desire to take ownership with high attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Must have superior organizational skills, be slightly obsessive about following through on tasks and be able to prioritize a heavy workload for optimum efficiency
- Experience with Oracle a plus
- Innovative, naturally curious, resourceful and constantly looking for ways to improve processes
- Understanding of data integrity and audit requirements
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
