About the role

Integra Global Services, LLC, the shared services division of Integra™, a leading provider of mission-critical data center construction and turnkey data center solutions, seeks to fill a new role in its corporate legal department, Executive Legal Assistant. This role is a hybrid executive assistant / legal operations support role with responsibilities involving legal administration, professional licensing coordination, and supervised paralegal‑level tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, proactively anticipates needs, and drives operational excellence across the legal function.


Position Summary:
The Executive Legal Assistant ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the Legal Department by providing high‑level executive support to the General Counsel, managing enterprise‑wide professional licensing, coordinating legal administrative processes, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives. This role is essential to strengthening the legal department’s operational infrastructure and maintaining organizational compliance.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide high level executive and administrative support to the General Counsel and various organizational tasks such as communications point of contact, calendar management, document preparation, travel coordination, and assist in tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Drafting, organizing, archiving and maintaining all professional licenses: engineering, architecture, and contractors across business units.
• Develop and maintain a central licensing calendar covering all expirations, renewals, responsible individuals, statutory reporting deadlines, and planning for future expansion geographies.
• Maintain corporate files and records in line with Integra’s folder structure and document retention policies and practices.
• Support implementation of legal processes, workflows, and templates.
• Assist the legal department with matter preparation, including organizing exhibits, compiling binders, and conducting factual and legal research under supervision.
• Work with cross-functional leaders as required to achieve General Counsel directives.

Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required depending on prior work experience.
• 5+ years of experience providing administrative, legal, licensing, or compliance support in a corporate legal department, law firm, engineering firm, construction firm, or similar regulated industry.
• Previous experience managing professional licenses (engineering, construction, and/or architecture) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and standard legal formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other general office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of legal document structure including captions, verification, certificates of service, and notary blocks.
