Sales Support Generalist

The ISS Stoxx Sales Operations group is seeking a Sales Support Generalist to play a vital role in the day-to-day functions supporting commercial operations across the company.

The Sales Support team provides operational, administrative and project management services to the sales and business teams throughout ISS Stoxx.

The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Support team by completing client due diligence and vendor onboarding requests and in other ad hoc projects. . The workload will vary day-to-day, with a focus on collaborative problem solving.

This role will report to the Head of Sales Support & Commissions and develop collaborative relationships with various key stakeholders across ISS divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Complete client questionnaires manually and via third party portals.

• Coordinate clear responses to client due diligence requests, working in partnership across various departments throughout  the business.

• Assist in developing and refining the due diligence and client form process.

• Maintain the vendor form spreadsheet, ensuring accurate record keeping and tracking.

• Participate in completing any ad hoc projects or special requests.

• Assist in various sales enablement tasks such as the tracking of licenses and usage for sales & marketing tools, as well as other aspects of sales personnel onboarding and offboarding

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.

• Experience with completing due diligence questionnaires and ACH forms is a plus.

• Salesforce experience is a plus. 

• 1+ years’ work experience. 

• Proficient in Microsoft products.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a various levels of business leaders.

• Effectual organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

This role is being recruited in New York City. 

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $60,000-70,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
