What We Offer:
Base pay of $65,000 -$70,000 annually.

This is a year-round position that follows the school calendar, providing you with scheduled time off throughout the year, including holidays and breaks.

Responsibilities:
Drive student achievement by monitoring progress with data, coordinating interventions for at-risk students, and supporting positive behavior systems/school climate.
Lead assessment strategy as State Assessment Coordinator—ensuring compliant statewide testing and building aligned grade-level performance tasks.
Strengthen instruction through coaching by partnering with teachers to analyze student work, refine practices, and supporting the Principal with instructional coaching.
Develop staff and culture through PD on data-driven instruction, support of curriculum/online platforms, and contributing to hiring, onboarding, and training.
Lead programs and compliance by innovating supports for diverse learners (EL/SPED), overseeing the GED program, and maintaining required training, reporting, and quality improvement participation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
CDE License in Special Education generalist required.
Valid Administrative Services Credential preferred.
Five or more years of successful educational experience
Ability to maintain healthy emotional and physical boundaries in personal and professional relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment, in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for childcare facilities. This screening includes initial and ongoing state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the employee has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted. In addition, employees are required to complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to beginning service to confirm fitness for duty, and annually thereafter.
