Responsibilities:

• Drive quality improvements by reducing defects and scrap costs in electronic module assembly/test.
• Develop action plans for internal and external quality issues, showcasing your problem-solving skills.
• Utilize statistical tools like Minitab to analyze data and identify root causes, making a tangible difference.
• Implement process changes that lead to remarkable process improvements.
• Present project findings using methodologies such as Q.BIC, 8D, 5P, 7-Step, and DMAIC, demonstrating your expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Customer Focus Groups, working towards common goals.
• Develop Manufacturing Process Instructions, ensuring standardized processes for exceptional quality.
• Provide guidance to QC Inspector and Production Analyzer teams, fostering their growth.
• Contribute to the success of test and new product launches, showcasing your adaptability.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in electronic assembly processes, equipment, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to handle complex data.
• Availability to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
