Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team.  This is a 100% remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations.
• Implement Salesforce design solutions.
• Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers.
• Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and use software development pipeline.
• Test and debug complex software components and units.
• Develop product documentation as requested.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR – 10 years of comparable work experience.
• 5+ years of development experience. 
• Proficient in Salesforce with Salesforce certification.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices.
• Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools.
• Experience with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline.
• Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Organized and methodical in development approach.
• Experience working within large cross-functional teams. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Education Data Architecture
• Experience with DocuSign

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship, requiring a background check.

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
