Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop and update sales and marketing materials (presentations, value propositions, customer-facing content)
- Ensure consistency with branding and messaging standards
- Assist in structuring content for strategic account reviews and customer presentations
- Support external marketing campaign such as Linkedin
2. Sales Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Analyze sales data and performance trends (pipeline, market share, activity)
- Support preparation of monthly/quarterly sales performance reviews
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Excel) to track KPIs
- Identify insights and improvement opportunities across accounts, basins, and technologies
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Canvas
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Skills
Interest in oil & gas / energy sector
Basic understanding of sales processes and KPIs (pipeline, conversion, revenue)
Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
