The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.</p> <p>This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.</p> <p><br/> </p> <p><br/></p> <h2>What you will do</h2> <ul><li>You will take responsibility for implementing our agile processes within the project or product teams</li><li>Your focus will be on empowering the teams to organize themselves and to continuously develop further</li><li>In collaboration with the product owner or project manager, you create the optimal framework for the team so that the team can work as productively as possible</li><li>You take over the coaching of the project or product teams in the execution of operational deadlines according to agile principles as well as their organization and execution</li><li>You create agile awareness in the product teams and the organization and promote the development of an agile mindset</li><li>In addition, you actively participate in the further development of agile processes and their implementation in our company</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <h2>What you’ll bring</h2> <ul><li>You have a degree in business informatics / business administration or a comparable degree</li><li>You have at least 8 years of professional experience in successfully leading agile project or product teams</li><li>In addition to a Scrum Master certification, we require a comprehensive knowledge of Agile methods and processes</li><li>You enjoy leading interdisciplinary and international project or product teams in a motivating way</li><li>You are able to deal with conflict situations, you are organized and results-oriented, and you have a high degree of initiative</li><li>Fluent written and spoken German and English complete your profile</li></ul> <p>In a changing world, diversity and inclusion are core values for team well-being and performance.
