About the role

Description

The Operations, Information and Decisions Department of the Wharton School is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor faculty position in the area of decision making (including scholars who study judgment, negotiations, managerial decision making, consumer decision making, and computational social science).

Our faculty is comprised of scholars with a diverse set of backgrounds and interests, and we encourage applicants with degrees in a business discipline, psychology, economics, or social sciences.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability or potential for high quality research and teaching are important. Applicants must have a Ph.D. (expected completion by June 30, 2026 is acceptable) from an accredited institution. The appointment is expected to begin July 1, 2025.
