Consultant, Technology Analyst (E&SS Guidewire ClaimCenter)

This role involves a hybrid schedule, requiring you to work two days in the office at one of our locations in Scottsdale, Arizona (preferred), Columbus, Ohio, or Des Moines, Iowa. You must also be able to work during Arizona Time Zone hours.

This role is within Excess and Surplus Specialty (E&SS).

The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Guidewire Insurance Suite Analyst Certification (preferred)

• Proficient in eliciting and documenting requirements for UI, Platform Integration and APIs

• Proven ability to decompose project scope, story mapping and write user stories

• Identify and manage cross-functional team dependencies

• Backlog Refinement and planning for 90-day increments

• Ability to interpret platform architecture and distill actual user stories from ideation stage

• Facilitate discussions with key business and technology stakeholders including Senior Leadership

• Partner with Asset Suite Lead to adhere to core requirement standards

• Ability to manage multiple project priorities

As a Technology Analyst you will partner with the business to understand business needs and outcomes as well as provide all types of analysis skills related to understanding and meeting business outcomes. You will translate business outcomes into solution requirements using techniques such as facilitation and visual management. A Technology Analyst should have broad technology and analysis experience including: facilitation with large stakeholder groups, managing the complete requirements lifecycle, conducting structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques, analyzing data and application suites, and problem-solving using a collaborative style. Technology Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. You will also work on all types of solution approaches (e.g. custom development, package implementation) and domains (e.g. all application types, data warehouses, Web, and Cloud).
