Position Summary: The primary role of the position is to generate revenue for fixed operations with assigned key accounts that use the Allegiance and Ascendance network for parts and services needs.

Reporting Structure: The Sr Director of National Accounts reports to the VP of Sales and Business Development.

Position Responsibilities:
• Generate sales growth for the companies in parts and labor.
• Represent the companies at approved key industry events.
• Establish yourself as the primary contact with key customers assigned as “National Accounts” for the companies (as an option if problem resolution cannot be resolved locally).
• Work with RVP’s and field staff to build awareness of key accounts in our markets and maintain strong local support and presence with local key account contacts.
• Establish regular cadence for reporting opportunities and growth metrics with assigned accounts with senior management.
• Work with customers and internal counsel on contracts and agreements as needed
• Work with internal departments to ensure compliance and execution of customer programs
• Work to develop sales management strategies and reporting (e.g. PowerBI) to help identify opportunities with the field to grow parts and service with established national accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years or more in heavy duty parts aftermarket sales and/or operations
• Proven track record of success in the heavy duty parts and/or service industry
• Strong industry network / relationships preferred
• This position has a minimum travel of 50% (travel as directed/approved by CEO)
