About the role

<p>The Head of Northern Europe will be responsible for all enterprise direct sales activities in the Northern European region (UK, Ireland, Nordics, Benelux). They will be responsible for contributing to the development of a full-funnel go-to-market playbook for all customer segments across sales, channel, customer success and services in partnership with Customer Success, Marketing and Channel leaders in the region. Reporting to the GM, EMEA, this role will be a key member of EMEA Revenue Leadership Team. </p> <p>The mission for Asana’s new Head of Northern Europe is to accelerate the attainment of Asana’s top strategic goals in Europe by partnering with cross-functional leadership and leading our Revenue teams to develop and drive our GTM plan for the region.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll achieve</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with CS on the customer coverage model across each segment to drive both customer/revenue growth and retention.</li> <li>Decide on territorial coverage model for individual markets within Northern Europe.</li> <li>Effectively collaborate with and lead the sales team and matrixed partners to create and execute a multi-year GTM plan to win</li> <li>Hire, nurture, develop talent &amp; career paths</li> <li>Represent Asana with media and C-level customers and prospects in the region</li> <li>Establish a prospecting playbook to drive pipeline development</li> <li>Create feedback loops with product to evolve the offering</li> <li>Evolve the account team playbook to support enterprise growth - internal systems, processes and handoffs across the organization (SDRs, Sales, Success and Services) to support multiple markets at various stages of maturity</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track record of success in leading and growing Sales Teams in Northern Europe.</li> <li>Operationally Strong, able to build own GTM, operating &amp; talent plans.</li> <li>Intellectually curious, open-minded and intrinsically motivated by the greatest challenges</li> <li>Highly collaborative, effective partner across the team (specifically to product and marketing); comfortable operating within matrix management</li> <li>Low ego leader who can influence through smart, thoughtful communication and execution</li> <li>Innovative, risk taker who loves building </li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’ll offer</strong></p> <p>Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. </p> <p>For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €148,750 - €201,250. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
