CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Senior Manager of Business Operations. 

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. 

 
The Senior Manager of Business Operations will work cross-functionally to improve the overall productivity of the CMX organization.  This highly visible role will own, drive, and implement high-level program initiatives across our CMX organization.  As a natural leader, this person should have a sharp business mind and strong talent for project coordination and accountability.  The right candidate will have a start-up mentality, be detail oriented, process driven and innovative seeking to establish new and efficient business practices.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Drive key CMX programs; develop and execute program plans including goals, milestones and tracking. 

  • Design new and improve current processes to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity for CMX. 

  • Identify business risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity. 

  • Partner closely with CMX Leadership and Revenue Operations for forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning. 

  • Build, own and maintain workforce management processes for headcount to allow for efficient hiring, reporting, and office space planning.  

  • Create and implement CMX business processes and procedures to ensure compliance with CVS interdepartmental policies.  

 

The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations: 

Wellesley, MA 

Woonsocket, RI 

New York Soho area, NY 

Chicago, IL 

Blue Bell, PA 

Required: 

  • 5+ year’s experience in business operations, business management, HR program management, and/or ad operations 

  • 3+ years experience in project and/or program management 

  • 3+ years experience working with the Microsoft product suite (Teams, PPT, Sharepoint, Visio, etc.) 

 

Preferred: 

  • Retail media experience  

  • Experience leading and managing large cross-functional projects and teams 

  • Excellent organization, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and successfully managing daily workload 

  • Ability to share knowledge, lead, and develop others 

  • Self-motivated, low ego team player with an ability to work well with other personalities 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change 

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) Required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00
