We are seeking a Sales Data and Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance optimization across the sales function. Your expertise in Power BI will allow us to develop meaningful insights, streamline reporting processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of our sales operations.

 

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to support sales operations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting structures to track them.
  • Generate regular reports for sales performance, pipeline analysis, and forecasting.
  • Develop and automate sales data processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Support sales teams with ad hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis.
  • Continuously improve data visualization techniques to enhance the understanding and usability of reports.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align data insights with broader business goals.

 

Success Criteria:

  • Proven ability to develop insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Timely and accurate delivery of sales reports and analysis.
  • Positive feedback from sales leadership regarding the clarity and utility of data insights.
  • Continuous improvement in the efficiency and automation of sales data processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in data querying and manipulation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics or reporting, with a strong focus on Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Clari
