What you will be doing:
The Product Delivery Manager owns delivery, workload management and stakeholder communication for MedTrac and related technical products within the MedTrac team. Serving as a Scrum Master and delivery lead, this role drives roadmap execution, structured projects from initiation through production release while also driving ongoing Agile backlog execution. The position ensures roadmap transparency, SDLC discipline, and high quality, compliant releases aligned to strategic and regulatory initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading Agile product or platform delivery in a technical environment.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery team.
- Experience managing both structured projects and ongoing Agile development work.
- Strong Agile delivery management skills, including backlog refinement, sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience coordinating release management and post-release stabilization.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
- Familiarity with SDLC governance and release controls.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present status to Business and Technical Leadership.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with developers on APIs, services, databases, and CI/CD.
- Data-driven approach to delivery management.
- Experience in healthcare, utilization management, claims, or home health.
- Familiarity with Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server) and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to FHIR APIs, X12 278/275, or payer-provider interoperability.
- Knowledge of quality practices and test management tools.
- Familiarity with Lean, Kanban, or flow-based delivery metrics.
- Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM preferred.
